No just run the unlocker again, on the website of the unlocker it had instructions about what to do in each scenario, pretty sure updates was either, run the updater again or redownload the updated and run it again. Recently I saw an advertisement/promotion that Epic Games is giving away a free DLC bundle for the Sims 4. I have the Sims 4 and several other DLCs installed through the EA App (previously Origin) on my PC. My question is, if I claim this free DLC bundle from Epic Games, is there any way to combine those packs with my current ones? First, clear its cache: Then open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. I would like to play The Sims 4 on my M1 Mac, but the expansion packs are not showing up in game. I have updated everything, even redownloading it. It shows as downloaded in the right spot on Origin and in the folders, but when I go in game, it doesn't show up. It works fine on my older Mac, just not the new one. Bought the DLC at the store, and successfully redeemed the key, but the app won't recognize that I own it therefore I can't download it. The way this goes is, when you buy Sims 4 in Steam, you're required to link your Steam account to an Origin account. DLC isnt recognized by the game and does not show up. i installed cottage living, vampires and realms of magic and either origin or the sims game recognizes the game as me owning it. i have tried to reinstall the game, redownload the dlc and even updated the game and Quit the EA desktop and try to download the game from the xbox app. Number 2: (Worked for me) Simply sign out of your ea desktop, wait a few minutes then sign back in. Number 3: (Haven't tested it) Redownload both apps. Number 4: Contact support, best thing to do, they should know more solutions than we do (hopefully). I Pre-ordered the new expansion pack for the sims 4 (get to work). I waited until it came out and clicked for it to start downloading. whilst downloading my internet went funny and forced the download to stop. I restarted my internet and went back onto origin to find that it is saying I don't have the game. The money has been taken from my Download and extract EA DLC Unlocker.
